At Dallas Market Center we need to reach multiple audiences –customers to come and shop the wholesalers and new wholesalers to come and rent space at the market center.

We reach our audience segments across email, social media, print, video, and live at events.

Dallas Market Center was not doing content, using one to one communication or regularly educating, informing and entertaining their retailers that come to the market to find products.

I created newsletters across Fashion, Home, Design, Kids, Mens and the Western markets to help create engagement, inform and entice them to come to Dallas.

For this testimonial email, I interviewed these wholesalers at market and worked with a camera crew, editor and graphic designer to pull together an email to send out to prospects who we want to buy booth space.

Dallas Market Center is launching the largest Western Market in the world in January 2021 and we needed to reach existing customers, who own retail stores in small towns across the country, and make them feel at home in the big shiny city of Dallas. 
I spoke with retailers and my sales partners to understand the needs of this customer and worked with a graphic designer to write and pull this welcome guide together – the first piece of content this audience would get from DMC.
